These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Suddi Kirana OTT mobile application and related services. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account (where applicable), tapping “accept”, or continuing to use the app, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. App usage rules

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in line with applicable regulations.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems except as permitted by law.
• Do not misuse reporting, contact, or admin features; impersonate others; or harass users or third parties.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Content disclaimer

The app aggregates and links to news and media content from external sources—including channels and videos hosted on platforms such as YouTube. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content. All opinions expressed in third-party content belong to their respective authors or publishers.

You acknowledge that playback, embedding, or opening external links may be subject to the third party’s terms (for example, YouTube’s Terms of Service and community guidelines). Your use of such services is at your own risk.

4. Advertisements

The app may display advertisement banners or sponsored placements. Interactions with ads may be governed by the advertiser’s or network’s policies. We are not responsible for claims made in third-party ads.

5. Account usage rules

Where registration is available, you agree to provide accurate information where required and to update it as needed. You may not share accounts in a way that violates these Terms or compromises security. Optional “skip” flows, where offered, may limit certain features.

6. Intellectual property

The app’s branding, design, and original software are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or reliance on any content or ads.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) zero if the app is free—unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the app at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

You may request deletion of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Delete Account page.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide in-app notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use and, where applicable, delete your account.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you designate for your entity (placeholder)—excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have non-exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
